Wolfgang Rombach: Always being objective, despite being close to our clients, so that we are able to provide them with impartial advice. Especially when it comes to working out the different expectations that each generation has, so that every family member is united around one common strategy.

Werner Gasser: We never know what challenges we might face on any given day. We need a broad range of expertise and highly developed social skills. We are often confronted by situations where we have to make critical decisions that will have a significant impact on our clients. This requires a very high degree of mental resilience and excellent people skills.
